This turns photos and scans into a single PDF. Add your images, drag them into the order you want, and each becomes a page.
Page size defaults to US Letter, with A4 and Legal also available, and each image is scaled to fit and centred. There is also a Match the image option if you would rather the page be exactly the shape of the picture.
This is the usual way to submit phone photographs of documents. Most institutions will not accept a folder of JPEGs but will happily take one PDF, and photographing your pages then converting is far quicker than finding a scanner.

Which image formats can I use?
PNG, JPEG, GIF, BMP and WebP, and you can mix formats in the same PDF.
Can I control the page order?
Yes. Use the up and down arrows next to each image. They become pages in the order shown.
Will my photos be squashed or cropped?
Never. Each image keeps its proportions and is scaled to fit the page, then centred. Landscape photos automatically get a landscape page when Orientation is set to Automatic.
